Shipping & delivery

Where & how fast

We deliver across Greater Vancouver (Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, Coquitlam, the North Shore and beyond) and anywhere else in Canada. Our supplies are sourced directly from brand flagships and the workshops that make them; once your order is confirmed we pack it and send it on its way. Typical delivery time is 2–3 weeks, fully tracked.

Delivery cost

C$9.99 per order — free on orders over C$79. Unusually heavy parcels (e.g. lots of paper) may carry a small surcharge, always shown before you pay.

Sales tax

Prices exclude tax. Sales tax is added at checkout based on your delivery province (for example GST 5% in BC, HST 13% in Ontario) and shown clearly before you pay.

Tracking

We email your tracking number as soon as your parcel ships.

Liquid colours

Tube paints, inks and masking fluid are sealed and packed leak-proof.
