Why are prices so much lower than in local stores?

We buy directly from brand flagship stores and the workshops that make these supplies, skipping the importer, distributor and retail markups. You pay much closer to the source price.

Is everything authentic?

Imported brands (Schmincke, Sakura, Uni, Pébéo…) are bought only from official flagship or authorized stores. House brands (MAIRTINI, Paul Rubens, Baohong…) are proven best-sellers with thousands of reviews.

How long does delivery take?

Typically 2–3 weeks. If you need something by a date, email us before ordering.

Returns?

If anything arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 7 days with a photo ([email protected]) and we’ll replace or refund it. Unopened items can be returned within 14 days.

Do prices include tax?

No. GST/HST (and PST where applicable) is calculated for your delivery province and shown as a separate line at checkout.

How can I pay?

Securely through Stripe: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay and WeChat Pay. We never see or store your card number.
